The practice of Hojo Undo (body conditioning) has been around since the early days of karate. Mace training is an ancient form of body conditioning originating used by wrestlers in India and goes back a thousand years . In this live seminar Sal Belahi will take you through a variety of methods for using the mace in your personal hojo undo practice to further enhance your karate. No previous experience with a mace is required, however, it is recommended that you have a mace or a long sledgehammer to participate in this seminar as well as an open area to practice that is free from obstacles.
